Terms of Service

Effective date: July 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of Thinking With Pictures ("TWP", "the service") at thinkwith.pictures. By creating an account or playing, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

TWP is a creative sandbox game in active development ("alpha"). Features may change, break, or be removed, and the world may occasionally be reset or migrated as the game evolves. We will try to preserve player content, but cannot guarantee it during this stage.

Your account

You sign in through a third-party identity provider (Discord or Google) or a passkey. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload and create. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service — including showing your published scenes to other players and generating previews and thumbnails. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the rights to it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload or create content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, or is intended to harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Attempt to disrupt the service, bypass resource limits ("strain"), probe or overload the infrastructure, or access other players' private content or accounts.
• Use AI features to generate content that violates these terms, or misrepresent AI-generated content as another person's likeness or work with intent to deceive.
• Use the service for spam, advertising schemes, or automated scraping.

Players can report content or behavior through the in-game Report feature. We may review reports, remove content, and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

AI-generated content

Some features generate images, text, or scripts using AI. Results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to results generated for others. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Virtual items and strain

Items, scenes, strain, and other in-game resources have no monetary value, are not redeemable, and may be modified, rebalanced, or reset as part of game development.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the service, and may discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where practical).

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of content or data, arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. We will update this page and its effective date, and announce significant changes in the game or on our Discord server. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
