From a picture to a public world
Upload a background, place objects, link rooms, publish. That is a clickable image world — a portfolio, a story, or a shop wall — in a browser. Signed-in accounts get the whole toolkit. There is no paid unlock.
You do not start a Unity project, rent a page builder, or flatten the work into a slideshow. The scene is the page, the image host, and the game board. Details below; pricing is how much you can store, not which tools you are allowed to use.
Scene creation
A scene is a picture you can stand in. Upload an image, or a folder of images, and use them as backgrounds. Organize scenes with folders and subfolders the same way you would sort a project on disk.
Each scene has properties you set: whether guests may enter, whether it must be reached from another object, and similar access rules. Publish when you want a public URL. Leave it unpublished and it stays private to your account.
- Upload images or folders of images as scene backgrounds
- Organize with folders and subfolders
- Guest access, required-entry objects, and other scene properties
- A published scene is a stable link you can share
Object and item system
Objects live on the scene. Items live in inventories. You create both, style them, and decide what happens when someone clicks, uses, or carries them.
- Place interactive objects on a scene — doors, props, characters, containers
- Manage items in inventory and send them to other players you have crossed paths with
- Customize behaviors and styling
- Cooldowns, item requirements, and other interaction rules
- Containers that hold other objects
- Rotate and flip placed objects
The Forge is where items are made. Scene Manager is where the world is arranged. Neither is locked behind a subscription. See interactive scenes for behaviors, books, drawing, and NPCs.
Advanced features
- Scene and Folder Manager — browse, move, and maintain the scenes you own.
- Magic segmentation — cut an object out of the background instead of uploading a separate sprite.
- Access control — unique links and required actions, so a scene can be public, gated, or only reachable from a specific object.
- Direct image links — a public scene also exists as a native-resolution PNG or WebP. Details on the image hosting page.
- Drawing — draw on the scene and turn that drawing into an object.
Strain system
Strain is a capacity budget, not a paywall. It tracks the database and storage work your account does: creating, reading, claiming, and the daily rent on what you store. You get a daily allowance that replenishes, and you can bank unused strain up to a cap.
Everyone who is signed in can forge, manage scenes, and publish. Hitting the strain cap means you wait for the next replenishment (or raise the cap). It does not mean a feature is missing from the free tier.
A Supporter subscription raises daily allowance and bank cap. It does not unlock exclusive features. Numbers and the comparison live on pricing.
